The State WMA's in TN are planting Milo this year instead of corn by the draw blinds due to budget cuts and milo is less expensive.

How many of you use a decoy at all and what kind do you use in the Spring?

I will put out a jake and one hen or 2 jakes, a strutter and a hen most the time.

In the fall I have put a flock that would remind you of a snow goose spread in Arkansas:D we have big flocks of birds over here.

I have used the feather flex and other fold up decoys and even have a flambeau I boutht back in 1988 that is about as good a looking a decoy as I have seen to theis day.

2 springs ago thought I got a deal on a actual mounted strutting gobbler and when a bird see it it is OVER! I have killed osceola's, easterns and rio's with him and they lock in so hard to him that I can stand up and shoot and they never see me at 12 yards.

BUT.....it is heavy and hard to carry in the woods sometimes so I got me a Montana strutter decoy that folds up real small and am gonna try it.

Have ya'll had any success or seen anybody use one of these?
